Seoul, South Korea: Day 1

Basically as how travel agencies count it.  even if it's a night flight, it's considered 1 day already. huh. but we took day flights anyway, so we effectively wasted 1 good day cramped on planes. sin-hk then hk-seoul. tiring yes, double everything - the checking in, the taxi, the takeoff, the landing. and plus the transit. but 2 times the chance to have extra empty seats. must say that hk-seoul has been one of the most enjoyable yet - window seats for almost everyone, average 3 seats per passenger on a 747, superb inflight entertainment (can pause and fast forward movies, which explains why i only managed to watch <<Bolt>> and nothing more, plus (laggy) games like bejeweled). but food is still horrible. camera at hand to record the food and the views.

wonder how bad airline food can get? think u've seen worse? the worse is yet to come!

sin-hk flight was uneventful simply cos i was one seat away from the window. and watching forgettable movies. this was taken in transit.

the inflight entertainment *squeals*

the longest taxi-ing ever. 30 mins? hk airport from the plane

no doubt one of the densest cities in the world

best views from above

attempting bejeweled...

...while munching on peanuts and slurping apple juice

overwhelmed by fluffy clouds

and airplane wings

and sunset above the clouds. yum

fave screenshots from <<bolt>>

coat/clothes hanger is a special touch

vegas.been there.seen that.

who gets sick of fireworks, really?

it got worse

alluring lights on the bus. after a 30mins ++ wait out in the cold (and rain). alert: droning voice overhead. yada yada yada

... korea

2 nights at the new co-op residences. squashed quarters. reminds me of hall. but at least they don't restrict your air-con usage!

but with ensuite bathroom and pantry.

tired then. tired now. night night.

it's too time-consuming and taxing to indulge in photo-blogging nowadays. it's the photoshop. and old age.
