Photo Series: The Magical Number Nepal (in) Seven, Plus or Minus Two

In 1958, cognitive psychologist, George A. Miller, published his oft-cited paper, that argued that the working memory capacity for an average adult is 7 ± 2 objects.

Drawing inspiration from his work, this is a photo-series based on our rather magical 9-day Nepal trek which took us from Naya Pul (1070m) to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m). Each post in this series, as you might have already guessed, will have 7 ± 2 photos.

  1. We were so unlucky when we climbed Poon Hill. Everything was covered by clouds.

  4. Yes, The climb up Poon Hill before dawn was cold and arduous but the sunrise and the surrounding peaks were worth it!
