Three years isn't too long, yet isn't too short. This trip was quite spontaneous (in June 2009), with people I didn't really know. I do know them that much better, and had always felt safe and entertained in their company. It was good because we (okay, they) were such easy-going fellas, and I'm so happy and proud that they have thus moved on much in life, getting jobs, getting/already married... We may not be involved in each other's lives before and after, but for a moment, thanks for watching my back. And J, if you ever read this, I appreciate you planning and orchestrating the trip!
We covered Cambodia and Vietnam, I was really impressed with Angkor's engraved temples, nothing much like it in all its splendor anywhere else (save Egypt perhaps?).

Hired a guide to bring us around Angkor Wat (yes we just landed today)
